Ingredients
- 8 oz. bag of puff corn
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
Directions
- Mix everything except the puff corn and baking soda in a pan
- Bring it to a boil and cook for 2 minutes
- Once done, add baking soda and mix in
- Pour hot mixture over puff corn and mix it all up on a shallow cooking pan
- Separate the puff corn as much as possible on the sheet
- Bake at 250F for 45 minutes
- Every 10-15 minutes, take out of oven and stir it up
- Once done, place on waxed paper and break it up
