Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. hot water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup pulverized rolled oats (similar to flour)
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix hot water with baking soda
- Mix the butter, sugar, and eggs to a cream
- Add in the cream of tarter, vanilla, salt, and baking soda/water mix
- Add in flour and oats and mix
- Add in chocolate chips and mix
- Refrigerate overnight and use as needed
- Use 1 inch scooper and place on ungreased sheet
- Bake at 350F for 12 minutes
- Take out and let cool
