Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Put oatmeal, brown sugar, sugar, walnuts, chips, flour, soda, powder, and salt into mixing bowl
- Mix well
- Add melted butter, beat egg, and vanilla then mix
- Once made into a dough, shape into balls
- Place balls on greased pan
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes till lightly brown
- Let cool
