Hawaiian Cake
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding
- 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple (drain liquid)
- Small container of cool whip
- 3 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
Directions
- Bake yellow cake as per box instructions and let cool
- Mix milk with pudding
- Add pineaplle to milk and pudding
- Add in cool whip
- Add in creamed cheese
- Add in sugar
- Mix well
- Mix in vanilla
- Spread on top of cake
- Sprinkle coconut on top
