Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 1/4 cup milk
• 1 package of instant vanilla pudding
• 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple (drain liquid)
• Small container of cool whip
• 3 oz. softened cream cheese
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup toasted coconut

Directions

1. Bake yellow cake as per box instructions and let cool
2. Mix milk with pudding
3. Add pineaplle to milk and pudding
4. Add in cool whip
5. Add in creamed cheese
6. Add in sugar
7. Mix well
8. Mix in vanilla
9. Spread on top of cake
10. Sprinkle coconut on top
