Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick margerine/butter
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 4 1/2 cups pulverized rolled oats (flour like consistency)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 bag of mini semi-sweet m&ms
Directions
- Cream the eggs, butter, and sugars
- Add vanilla, peanut butter, soda, and oat flour
- Stir in chocolate chips and m&ms
- Drop by teasponfulls on greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes until lightly brown
- Should look slightly doughy in middle, do not overbake or they will get hard
- Leave on sheet for few minutes before removing
