Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
Directions
- Cream the peanut butter, butter, and sugars
- Add eggs one at a time and beat well
- Add baking soda, powder, and vanilla
- Stir in flour
- Use #40 cookie scoop and drop balls into a bowl of sugar and coat in sugar
- Place cookie on ungreased cookie sheet
- Flatten each cookie
- Use service fork and put criss-cross pattern on each cookie
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350F
- Let cool on sheet
- Once cool enough, place on cooling rack
