Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup dried potato flakes/buds
- 1 1/2 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 package of yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
Directions
- Heat milk with butter
- Cool to 110-115F and add eggs
- Warm water to 110-115F and add sugar and yeast
- Mix and let sit for 10 minutes
- Mix both liquids together and add dry ingredients with only 1 cup of white flour
- Mix and continue adding remaining flour
- Knead dough
- Place in greased pan and let rise till double
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350F
